Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap slams Modi for decision on Kashmir

Where Indians have been celebrating Narendra Modi’s decision to revoke Article 370 from Indian-occupied Kashmir, prominent filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has slammed Indian PM for taking extreme decision against Kashmir.

In multiple tweets, Anurag raised his concerns saying that the way the decision has been made, taking only one perspective in mind is wrong. “Kashmir has many aspects. All are right and all are wrong. I just know that the way in which all this happened was not right,” he wrote.

He also said that one man [hinting at Modi] thinks that he knows exactly what’s the right thing to do for the benefit of 1,200,000,000 people.

You know what is scary , that One Man thinks that he knows exactly what’s the right thing to do for the benefit of 1,200,000,000 people and has the access to the power to execute it.

Anurag is the first Indian celebrity to raise his concerns about Kashmir after Modi move IoK part of the Indian mainland, as a Union Territory with legislature and took their rights as separate state.

He is mostly vocal about issues in his country and politics. Indians are now bashing him for standing against Indian government.
