Meera claims Reema may have tried giving her poison

Without revealing any names, Pakistani actress Reema Khan had revealed few weeks back that a fellow actress once tired poisoning her. Now, her Meera has claimed that Reema allegedly tried to poison her in early stage of her career.

Meera made the allegation during her appearance as a guest on a talk show recently. Speaking about Reema's statement of almost getting poisoned by an actress, the host of the show asked Meera if she knew who would do such a thing to Reema.  Meera, in her very own tone, responded by saying, “Unhon ne mujhay zeher dene ki koshish ki hogi [she may have tried to poison me]”.

However, when she was asked how she can be so sure that Reema tried to poison her, she couldn’t come up with any better response. Meera further said that Reema didn’t have the attitude which should be expected from a senior actor.

Meera is known for making controversial statements against many of her contemporaries. She also took a dig at Mahira Khan when she called her ‘overrated’. “There are many gorgeous actors and actresses in Pakistan, who have done exceptional work and definitely better than Mahira, so please stop promoting Mahira” Meera had said.
