KDA DG directs for survey of land used by K-Electric

KARACHI: Director General (DG), Karachi Development Authority (KDA), Samiuddin Siddiqi on Wednesday directed the officials concerned to conduct a survey of land which is being used by the K-Electric for its Pole-Mounted Transformers (PMTs) and Sub-Stations to recover land utilization charges.

In a statement on Wednesday, Sami Siddiqi also directed to expedite the recovery of dues from allottees and in case of failure of payment of dues, initiate the procedure to cancel the allotments of plots.

Siddiqi also directed to serve notices for recovery of dues to owners of commercial and industrial plots.
