Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Monday said that Niazi and Zardari have joined hands for the sake of power but the politically conscious people will defeat those who remained involve in loot and plunder and sit-in in the general elections.
He said this while talking to the Minister of State for Religious Affairs Pir Amin-ul-Hasnat and Syed Ashiq Hussain Kirmani MNA who called on him, here on Monday. Both reposed complete confidence in the leadership of Shahbaz Sharif. They also congratulated him over the successful test run of Orange Line Metro Train.
Pir Amin-ul-Hasnat said on the occasion that strenuous efforts have been made by the Chief Minister for prosperity of the people and the masses living in other provinces acknowledge and appreciate unusual achievements of Shahbaz Sharif.
Syed Ashiq Hussain Kirmani said that unprecedented development has been made in rural areas and the project of construction of rural roads has proved a game-changer for the rural economy.
Talking on the occasion, Shahbaz said that serving the masses is the foremost priority and sufficient resources have been provided for improving the quality of life of the people. Contrary to it, the political opponents have badly ignored the people in their provinces and they will have to face the music in the upcoming elections. Both Imran and Zardari have not solved the problems of the masses in their respective provinces, he added.
Moreover, talking to the Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training Engr. Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman, Shahbaz said that education sector is the basis of durable development as developed nations have achieved pinnacles of glory in the comity of nations through their educational standards.
