Video: Golmaal cast groove to Simmba’s ‘Aankh Marey’ remake with Ranveer, Sara

The first song from Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer ‘Simmba’ is out and unlike many other remixes, this one retains the masala element of the original song from the 90s hit number ‘Aankh Maarey’.

Sung by Neha Kakkar, Mika Singh and Kumar Sanu, the remake of ‘Aankh Maarey’, which is originally from the film ‘Tere Mere Sapney’, has Ranveer and Sara grooving to rocking beats of the hit song.

The song also has a cameo of director Karan Johar and ‘Golmaal’ team including Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Kemmu. The makers have not just paid a tribute to the original but have also brought the man himself, Arshad Warsi on board to feature in this special track.

Ranveer is known for his energetic screen presence but Sara also didn’t fail to match him at every step. Special mention to the choreography that's so electrifying.

Directed by Rohit Shettty, ‘Simmba’ is all set to hit the screens on December 28.
