NEW YORK: The euro turned positive against the dollar, hitting session highs on Tuesday, after a Greek official said the government is drafting a bailout agreement that will be placed before political leaders for approval later in the day.
The euro jumped to $1.31730 on trading platform EBS after the news from about $1.31110 just before. It was last at $1.31647, up 0.3 percent on the day.
