Ombudsman Punjab Javed Mahmood has ordered Secretary Health to reconstitute impartial committee for recruitment of Health department's employees in Bhakar district and annul recommendations of the previous committee. According to detail three candidates had lodged complaints with Advisor to Mohtasib at Bhakar district that the one-man recruiting committee had totally ignored the merit, committed serious irregularities and selected favourites who were less qualified and experienced.
In inquiry report these allegations were found correct and disciplinary action was recommended against involved person. The Ombudsman directed that the Health department should restart the recruitment process and complete it in twenty days.
