Salman Khan lashes out at Rishi Kapoor, says no reason to respect him

Salman Khan has never hidden his bitterness for Ranbir Kapoor due to his relationship with his ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif and now he has shown his hostility towards his father Rishi Kapoor.

During the promotional activities of his forthcoming film 'Race 3', Salman lashed out at Rishi without taking his name. Salman said that just because someone is born a few years before him, it doesn't mean he is bound to be respected and that too when the person is disrespecting him or his family.

According to reports, Rishi got into a heated argument with Salman Khan's sister-in-law Seema Khan, who is Sohail Khan's wife, at Sonam Kapoor's reception. Salman is known not to tolerate anything against his family.

In an interview to DNA, Khan said, “If that person keeps on disrespecting me or any member of my family, I refuse to give him due regard. There are one or two families from whom I have not got that respect and love. That's where it ends. Some people from the industry will never be welcomed in my home”.

“I definitely believe that whether someone is a senior or a junior, you shouldn't be disrespectful to them, especially if you are working with them. However, if that person is taking you for an idiot and is being disrespectful, then that's not done,” he added.

Rishi, however, is also known for his short temper and abusive language.
