LONDON: Pakistan were 227 for five in reply to England's first-innings 184, a lead of 43 runs, at tea on the second day of the first Test at Lord's on Friday.
Babar Azam was 59 not out after Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed (nine) was dismissed off what became the last ball before tea when he mishooked Ben Stokes to fine leg.
This is the first of a two-Test series.
