SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry: Message from Mr. Md. Jashim Uddin, President, SAARC CCI

Assuming the presidency of SAARC CCI in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic was a challenging period, as the South Asian business community was still recovering from the disruptions across the region. Revitalizing the institution and reconnecting the private sector required collective effort and renewed commitment.

One of the key priorities was the completion of the SAARC CCI Headquarters Building to provide a permanent institutional base and strengthen the organization’s future. It is a matter of great satisfaction that this vision is now being realized in Islamabad.

I express my sincere appreciation to the leaders of South Asia and the Government of Pakistan for their support. This headquarters will serve as a vital platform for promoting regional cooperation, trade, and investment across South Asia.
