MOSCOW: Fire has broken out at ‌Russia’s NORSI oil refinery, the country’s fourth-largest, after a drone ⁠attack, the governor of Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, said on the Telegram messaging app on Sunday.

Oil pipeline at Russia’s Primorsk damaged in drone attack, governor says

He ‌also ⁠said a power station and several houses were ⁠damaged during the attack. There were no ⁠injured, according to preliminary ⁠information, he added.
