LAHORE: Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is ranked as the top Pakistani university in a range of subject areas in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026.
It stands out as the leading business school in Pakistan and is among the few Pakistani universities placed in the 101–150 global band in a subject area, marking a significant milestone for higher education in Pakistan.
The rankings also highlight LUMS’ strength across a range of disciplines, including Business and Management, Accounting and Finance, and Social Sciences, where it is the highest-ranked Pakistani institution, and Economics, where it shares the top rank.
Additionally, the rankings reflect LUMS’ growing strength in Modern Languages and Politics, highlighting the quality of its humanities and social sciences programme.
