KARACHI: The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has approved the sale of its entire shareholding in Agritech Limited, which includes ordinary and preference shares.
The transaction will comply with legal requirements and is subject to regulatory approvals, NBP said in its material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Thursday.
