Green energy from Solar & Wind has become cheapest source of power today. Mega Watt scale Lithium battery storage is costing Cents 2.00/KWh & Solar at Cents 1.30; total cost of Solar power is = Cents 3.30/Kwh. Currently Pakistan is getting power at these rates: Thermal IPPs= Cents 9 to 11 per KWh. Suspicious Solar projects: Cents 7 to 12/KWh Nuclear= Cents 6 per KWh New Hydro projects= Cents 8 /KWh. Our policies lacked vision & rational always which have led us to brink of collapse. Sustainable & viable decisions still not expected. Just copy China/Vietnam Solar Policy to get rid of all evils.

@Muhammad Ali, Can any option could beat Cents 1.30/KWh of Solar power? Why our Govt couldn't understand it that is dirt cheap? If open capacity Net Metering is allowed, 60,000 MW dirt cheap Solar Power will be installed by household alone. Just see how Germany did it?
