KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 20.764 billion and the number of lots traded at 17,727.
Major business was contributed by Currencies through COTS amounting to PKR 8.874 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 5.891 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.507 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 947.574 million), Silver (PKR 875.069 million), DJ (PKR 621.144 million), Platinum (PKR 393.687 million), SP 500 (PKR 309.405 million), Natural Gas (PKR 213.831 million), Japan Equity (PKR 106.815 million), Copper (PKR 20.586 million) and Brent (PKR 2.862 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 14 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 13.538 million were traded.
