PMEX daily trading report

KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 20.798 billion and the number of lots traded at 16,064. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 7.912 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.182 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.505 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.096 billion), DJ (PKR 1.583 billion), Silver (PKR 1.260 billion), Platinum (PKR 606.325 million), Natural Gas (PKR 272.342 million), SP 500 (PKR 178.241 million), Japan Equity (PKR 72.829 million), Copper (PKR 50.287 million), Palladium (PKR 48.999 million) and Brent (PKR 27.913 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 4 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 4.526 million were traded.
