ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples’ Party Parliamentarian(PPP-P) Central Information Secretary PPP-P Shazia Atta Marri claimed that Prime Minster Imran Khan had said once that he would make everyone cry and he has fulfilled only that promise as today, the entire nation is crying due to his worst economic and anti-farmer policies.

She said, “Imran Niazi has proved his promise true regarding making people cry, even, now the labourers and farmers in the country are also crying due to an artificial shortage of urea fertilizer created by his government.”

She said this in a statement on Monday, in reaction to an artificial scarcity of urea across the country. Marri said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is treating farmers in the country, likewise, Narendra Modi dealt with farmers in India and suddenly created an artificial shortage of urea and DAP fertiliser is beyond our understanding.

She claimed that it seems that government’s ATMs are allegedly involved in the smuggling of urea fertilizer and they want to destroy the farmers and growers of the country by importing urea on expensive rates.

She said that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s government has programmed to export the urea fertilizer and to buy it back on higher prices like wheat. She said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is also following Narendera Modi’s footprints against farmers. She further said that the PTI government has started preparation to benefit the wheat importers of his government and there is fear that such measures by Imran Khan’s government could lead to severe food shortages in the country.
