ISLAMABAD: Pavilions of Capital Smart City and Lahore Smart City, the two credible names among the real estate developing companies have attracted investors and visitors at the ICCI Property, Housing and Construction Expo 2021 in Islamabad. Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated the Expo at Pak-China Center in Islamabad.
A huge model of the CSC was also displayed at the pavilion. The model showcases the lush green open fields, flowing river & lakes and other infrastructure that became the necessity of life. The model also showed the improved standard of living at Capital Smart City.
While visiting the Expo, Director Marketing & Sales, Capital Smart City and Lahore Smart City, Mujeeb Ahmed Khan said: "The Expo has opened the doors of investment in the country. The good thing is where a pandemic has impacted the businesses and individual's source of income. This Expo is creating opportunities to bring life back to normal and people are welcoming it."
He also visited the pavilions of marketing companies of CSC and LSC set up at the Expo. CSC and LSC are among the few real estate development companies that have already taken the necessary approval from all the relevant authorities. The development work is in progress.-PR
