KARACHI: Gold prices on Wednesday increased on the local market, traders said.

After an increase of Rs 800, the yellow metal price came to Rs 103,800 per tola.

Price of gold per 10 grams grew by Rs 687 to Rs 88,992 on the domestic market.

Gold was quoted trading for $1712 per ounce on the world market.

Silver was available for Rs 1320 per tola, Rs 1131.38 per 10 grams and $25.76 per ounce, traders said.
