KARACHI: On Tuesday, PMEX traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 6.285 billion and the number of lots traded was 11,047.

Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 3.594 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 966.604 million, NSDQ 100 PKR 525.283 million, silver PKR 476.848 million, platinum PKR 203.311 million, natural gas PKR 142.207 million, copper PKR 121.234 million, crude oil PKR 85.489 million, DJ PKR 85.388 million and SP500 PKR 84.591 million.

In agriculture commodities, one lot of wheat amounting to PKR 4.635 million was traded.
