KARACHI: Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday notified the listing of TPL Trakker Limited (TPLT).
According to PSX notification, trading in the shares of TPLT will commence on the PSX's main board from Monday, August 10, 2020 and shall be settled on T+2 bases. The first settlement date will be Wednesday, August 12, 2020. The market lot of the Company will be 500 shares of Rs 10.00 each. The shares of the Company have already been declared an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). NCCPL has assigned "TPLT" to the Company as their Company Code/Security Symbol.
The opening price of the shares of TPLT will Rs 12.00 per share and normal circuit breakers will be applicable on the opening price of the shares. The Share Registrar of the Company is THK Associates (Private) Limited.-PR
