In a recent interview, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez spoke about this year’s one of the most talked about alleged link up rumors of her with Siddharth Malhotra and also her cat-fight with Siddharth’s alleged lady love Alia Bhatt.

The news of rifts between Bollywood actresses Jacqueline and Alia first started when the Sri Lankan beauty pageant winner stared in a movie ‘A Gentleman’ opposite Alia’s alleged beau Siddharth. The link up rumors between the two co-actors spread like wild fire that apparently caused a lot of drama between Jacqueline and Alia.

A lot of rumors spread about this fall out since then, including news of the actress’ un-following each other on social media. However, ‘Race 3’ cleared all this false news after posting pictures with Alia in cute poses at a Diwali party.

Jacqueline revealed that she was very hurt about the rumors of a cat-fight between her and Alia. “It is sad. Honestly, I felt very hurt. It’s the same media and same people that ask you, ‘why don’t you do more female oriented roles? What are you doing for women’s rights?’ And it is the same female reporter who asks, ‘what about your catfight with Alia?’ I was like, ‘you are a woman and how could you even ask me that. Shouldn’t you be uplifting us as actresses?’ Sonam Kapoor went through the same thing. Sometimes, I feel the only thing I get written about is that I’m dating someone or that I’m in a catfight,” she said.

She further said that she has been single for a long time and has been focusing on her craft. “I haven’t dated anyone [for a long time]. I am so focused on my work right now that those things are not my priorities. I feel so hurt that just because I am an actress, people think those are my priorities. We are working hard, and running our families and our houses on our own. I wish they would grow up,” Pink Villa quoted Jacqueline.
