MOSCOW: Urals crude differentials to dated Brent in northwest Europe and the Mediterranean were stable on Monday, while Russia's preliminary export schedule for March 1-6 showed steady export flows from Primorsk and Ust-Luga. Russia is set to load 1.2 million tonnes of Urals from its Baltic Sea ports on March 1-6, unchanged from February lifting plan.
Urals loadings from Novorossiisk on March 1-6 were set to rise to 0.38 million tonnes, the document showed.
There were no bids and offers for Urals, Azeri Light, Siberian Light and CPC Blend in the Platts window on Monday, traders said. * Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossisk was closed due to storms since Feb. 7, Transneft and port sources said on Monday.
Azerbaijan was ready to cut oil output more than it has been agreed with OPEC and non-OPEC nations if oil producers monitoring committee proposes to do so at a meeting to be held in March, RIA news agency cited the state's enegry ministry as saying.
