Fawad Khan and Anushka Sharma's pairing in the latest release Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has been applauded as well as criticized by many. The film also made headlines prior to its release, but all for the wrong reasons. However, Bollywood actress has something to say about the Pakistani actor.
Anushka told a publication that she had never really been in touch with Fawad in the first place, Pinkvilla reported. "I'd never been in touch with Fawad, to begin with. We only interacted on the set, and thats about it. So there was nothing new about it, in that sense, after the incident took place," she said.
"I remember when Fawad was cast, we all felt relieved because the other person (in the film) just had to be as strong, and it is a cameo, with little space for Fawad's character (Ali) to reveal his feelings for Alizeh. He had to convey a lot more, merely through expressions," she added.
The situation for ADHM took an ugly turn when MNS asked the Pakistani actors to leave the country and they will also ban the release of the film. After lots of controversy, the movie got released only in India. Pakistani cinemas also bans Indian movie across the nation.
