RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) organized an exhibitors conference on Rawal Expo 2016 here on Tuesday.
Addressing the conference RCCI President Mian Humayun Parvez said that Rawal Expo 2016 aimed to increase business activities along with providing entertainment to the people.
He asked government to provide a dedicated space and an expo center for trade and industrial exhibition in the city.
He suggested allocating a land along with ring road project that will connect Islamabad new airport. This will help ambassadors and foreign investors to come and participate in expo in a hassle free environment.
Senior Vice president Saqib Rafiq, Vice President Muhammad Aqil Obaid, Former president Najam Rehan, chairman RCCI fair and exhibition committee Chaudhry Rauf and member of the executive committee were also present on the occasion.
Giving details about the Rawal Expo 2016, Chairman Committee Abdul Rauf Chaudhry said that RCCI has been organizing exhibitions in the country and outside the country regularly.
"We are going to organize a three day Rawal Expo 2016 from May 13 at Tpoi Rakh Auditorium Ayub Park Rawalpindi. He said that during three day exhibition, industrial products will be displayed and buyer will have the facility to book the orders on the spot."
Industrial products, Garments, leather products and furniture will be displayed on the occasion.
Auto show, puppet show, food court, children playing area and family gala will also be organized to attract and entertain families and children.
