US President Barack Obama surprised the audience at the Grammy Awards 2015 last night.
At the 57th Grammy Awards, Barack Obama appeared on the TV in the middle of Grammys night from ‘The White House’ for addressing an important issue and to pass on the important message. Obama said, “Artists have a unique power to change minds and attitudes and getting us talking and thinking about what matters”.
Barack Obama was on TV asking artists to make their fans stand up against domestic violence and rape. Asking people worldwide, Obama directed to support ‘Itsonus.org campaign’ and to take a pledge and stop domestic violence. Obama even asked artists present at the award ceremony to stand up and support this campaign to save women, foreign media reported.
The hashtag ‘ItsOnUs’ began trending within minutes on Twitter, after the US President address the issue on the biggest musical night yesterday.

The annual presentation ceremony features performances by prominent artists, and the presentation of those awards that have a more popular interest. Reportedly, after spreading the important message, Katy Perry took to the stage to perform on her new single, 'By the Grace of God'.
