‘Waderai Ka Beta’ hitmaker Ali Gul Pir is planning a big surprise for his fans on New Year Eve. The musician will release his next single ‘Kaisa Diya’ on New Year eve which will emphasis on very interesting topic of Pakistani entertainment industry.
According to local media reports, ‘Kaisa Diya’ explores three facets of the Pakistani entertainment industry. “It is basically about a seasonal TV show hosts, the casting couch in our industry and above all, the India fever that our artistes suffer from,” remarked the Waderai Ka Beta hit-maker.
Previous songs by Pir highlighted some serious issues of Pakistan in a light and humorous way. His first song ‘Waderai Ka Beta’ which became a massive hit on internet hits out at the typical feudal culture found in Pakistan. His second single ‘Taroo Maroo’ was about the people who stares a lot in public. Other songs including ‘VIP’ and ‘Kholo BC’ also featured a strong message in it.
Pir has also been criticized many times by the people on choosing such sensitive topics and using vulnerable language in his songs. He said, “I always tell people not to think too much about my songs as they are meant to be funny”.
