KARACHI: Four ships at port to load/offload containers at QICT, chemical at EVTL, diesel oil at FOTCO, palm oil at LCT on Friday.
Berth occupancy wa maintained at 57% at the port on friday where a total eight ships namely M.V KPS-I Alican Bey - Powership, M.V Bux Contact, M.V Hansa Africa, M.V Tabea, M.V Chritos Theo, M.T Eairchem Stallion, M.T Al Soor-II, M.T Norgas Innovation are currently occupying berths to load/offload, containers, rice, palm oil, diesel oil, ethylene.
Cargo handling operations were carried out were smoothly at the port where a cargo volume 69522 tonnes comprising 38986 tonnes import, 30536 tonnes export and (3093) Tues was handled at the port during last 24 hours.
M.V Tabea, M.V Hansa africa sailed on Saturday morning.
M.V MSC Levina at QICT, M.T Stolt Zulu at EVTL arrival on 14th December, 2013 as per arrival schedule.
