The European Union will target eight Iranian militia and police commanders and three state entities with sanctions next week over a deadly crackdown in November 2019 by Iranian authorities
Iran has repeatedly rejected accusations by the West of human rights abuses.
The European Commission, which oversees trade policy for the 27-nation European Union, has set anti-dumping duties of between 21.2% and 31.2% on Chinese producers of aluminium extrusions in the form of bars, rods, profiles or tubes.
The tariffs are lower than the provisional duties of 30.4% to 48.0% imposed midway through the investigation.
Expectations that Britain's economy will reopen quickly after its rapid vaccine rollout lifted sterling to $1.42 in February, at the time making it the best performing G10 currency.
Psaki said the White House was leading an inter-agency process looking at these issues, and would provide guidance in line with several key principles:
"I am very concerned about the UNHCR report and there are some specific cases that I really think need to be looked into closer," Ylva Johansson, the EU's home affairs commissioner, said during a visit to the island of Lesbos.
"I think the Greek authorities can do more when it comes to investigating these alleged pushbacks."
But leaders remain deeply wary of Erdogan and there are major concerns over Ankara's recent moves to shut down an opposition party and its departure from a treaty on violence against women.
