KARACHI: The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmonov, accompanied by the members of his delegation, visited the mausoleum of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, here on Wednesday to pay homage to the Founder of Pakistan.
He laid a floral wreath at the Mazar and offered `Fateha'. The distinguished guest was accompanied by Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishrat
ul Ebad Khan, and District Coordination Officer of Karachi, Muhammad Hussain Syed.
The Tajik President also visited various sections of the mausoleum and also had a view of Karachi.
The Governor of Sindh briefed the distinguished guest regarding the location and the construction of the mausoleum.
The Tajik President also recorded his impressions in the Visitors' book and paid rich tributes to Quaid-i-Azam.
