ISLAMABAD: The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Wednesday released 97,254 cusecs water from various rim stations with inflow of 78,849 cusecs.
According to the data released by IRSA here, the maximum water level in River Indus at Tarbela was 1416.58 feet which was 38.58 feet above its dead level of 1378 feet.
Water inflow in the dam was recorded as 20,100 cusecs in the dam while outflow was recorded as 37,000 cusecs.
The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa and Sukkur was recorded as 60,343, 40,423 and 40,200 cusecs respectively.
The water level in River Jhelum at Mangla was 1098.85 feet which is 58.85 feet above its dead level of 1040 feet whereas the inflow and outflow of water in the dam was recorded as 23,495 and 25,000 cusecs respectively.
Similarly, from River Kabul a total of 17,700 cusecs of water was released at Nowshera and 17,554 cusecs released from River Chenab at Marala.
