BERLIN: Germany's BGA foreign trade organisation forecast on Wednesday that the country's exports will see nominal growth of up to 9 percent to 1.046 trillion euros this year and imports will rise 12 percent to 903 billion.
Exports and imports will exceed pre economic crisis levels and German's market share of world trade should rise to 9.5 percent from about 9 percent last year, said the BGA. It cited Libya as a risk factor because of the threat to energy supplies and its potentially destabilising effect on the region.
