Payment of ST: SRB extends deadline to 29th

Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) has extended the last date for the payment of Sindh Sales Tax by May 29, 2020.

According to a notification issued here on Thursday, the board has permitted the registered persons including withholding agents covered by the provisions of the Sindh Sales Tax Special Procedure (Withholding) Rules 2014 to e-deposit the amount of Sindh Sales Tax for the tax period of April on or before May 29, 2020. Similarly, the e-filing of tax returns for the same period has also been extended to June 1, 2020.
