SIALKOT: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous has said the President and Prime Minister were keen to resolve the problems of the masses besides creating maximum employment opportunities for the youth.
She stated this while talking to the notables of the area at village Koobey Chak-Bajwat near Sialkot here. She said that some political actors were propagating against the performance of people's government. She said that record development works had been completed in every nook and corner to facilitate common man by the PPP led government as compared to the past.
The PPP-led government provided the facility of electricity, sui gas, and education in far-flung and politically neglected areas of the country, she said and added that Pakistan was facing various challenges and problems like terrorism, poverty and unemployment.
The Minister said the common man was suffering adversely due to high electricity tariff but government was committed to protect the common man at all cost.
