ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan on Tuesday directed the government to dismiss Director General Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Waseem Ahmed within a period of three days, AAJ TV reported.
The ruling came during the hearing of the Hajj corruption case, while also dismissing the FIA’s report on the case.
During Tuesday’s hearing, Justice Raja Fayyaz said that the FIA was trying to protect suspects.
