IGP Sindh chairs meeting to review law, order

KARACHI: The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mushtaq Ahmed Shah, chaired a meeting to review the overall law and order situation in the province.

The meeting held here at the CPO on Monday was attended by the senior police officers.

A statement said that the IGP directed the police officers that strict indiscriminate action be initiated against the criminals.

He further instructed that the capable police officers assigned the task of action against those involved in crimes especially kidnapping for ransom.

At the meeting the IGP was informed that adequate steps are being taken for the training of the police officers assigned the task of investigation of cases.
