Inspectest, an internationally certified integrated service provider, organized global Corrosion Conference under NACE Islamabad Chapter here at a local hotel on Tuesday. National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) International is active in the industry, providing certification and training, as well as publishing documentation covering standard practices and methods for industry professionals around the world.
Key industry players attended the conference where exhibits including booths and stalls for Coatings, Corrosion Assessment &Mitigation tools were set up by participants.
Speakers at the conference included Jeffrey L Didas, President NACE International, Muhammad Arsalan Khan Sherwani, Corrosion Engineer Saudi Aramco, Armughan Qaiser, BD Manager ICoaTek Anti-Corrosion Research Centre and Tolga Calisan, BD Manager Henkel IMEA Maintenance Repair & Overhaul.
The speakers discussed various subjects relating to Corrosion management including Internal Corrosion, Pipeline Integrity Management Systems and Cathodic Protection.
The conference produced several whitepapers relevant to the subject.
