PPP candidates launch election campaign

PPP candidates from Peshawar city formally launched their election campaign with opening main election office in Gulbahar Colony on Saturday night. PPP has fielded former senior vice president PTI Peshawar Region, Irfanullah Shah for National Assembly constituency NA-31 while Syed Zahir Ali Shah and Ziaullah Afridi are party candidates from PK-77 and PK-76 respectively.
Irfanullah Shah, a former student activist of PPP students' wing after passing time in PPP-Shaheed Bhutto and JUI-F have joined PTI, but last month he rejoined his old political party and was awarded ticket for National Assembly constituency. He is facing senior ANP leader, Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour and Haji Shaukat Ali of PTI.
