Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Umar said on Sunday that economic policies of Pakistan Muslim League (N) government during the last five years were disastrous for the business community and traders and his party after coming into power will make business community stakeholders in policy-making process.
Speaking at a news conference here on Sunday at Islamabad Press Club, Umar said, "If Imran Khan becomes the prime minister after the elections, he is taking responsibility to establish relations with business community to resolve their problems directly from the Prime Minister House and make them shareholders in the policy-making process".
He said that as the political landscape is changing with the election drawing nearer; PTI and Pakistan Muslim League (Q) have decided to make seat adjustment. PML-Q, he said has decided to support the PTI candidates in all the three seats of federal capital, he added.
Rizwan Sadeq of PMl-Q leader from Islamabad stated that his party has decided to support PTI across the country, especially to its candidates in federal capital seats; PTI in return will support PML-Q candidates in various constituencies.
Ajmal Baloch president of Islamabad trade union has announced to quit PML-N and joined PTI.
