eshawar and Bannu will clash in the final of the ongoing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Inter-Divisional Volleyball Championship being played here at PSB Coaching Center on Saturday. Deputy Director Sports Tariq Khan was the chief guest on this occasion and before the start of the match the players of all the teams qualified for the semi-finals were introduced to him.
Pakistan team coach Khalid Waqar, Senior Vice President KP Volleyball Association Faqir Awan, Account Manager Amjad Khan, Finance Secretary Bakhtiar Alam Khan, Secretary Dir Lower Volleyball Association Farhad Khan, District Sports and Youth Officer Dir Upper Muhkhtiar Hussain, Secretary District Bannu Volleyball Association Laiq Khan, Executive Member Sajjad Khan, officials and players were also present.
In the first semi-final match Peshawar recorded victory against Mardan in a thrilling four sets battle, the score was 25-21, 23-25, 25-22 and 25-23 while in the second semi-final Bannu defeated Malakand by 3-0 in a straight sets, the score was 27-25, 25-23 and 29-27.
The matches were supervised by Majid Khan, Khalid Ahmad, Maaz Ullah, Hidayat Ullah and Zar Muhammad.
