Lieutenant Cdr Ihsan Ghani (retd), who was serving as national coordinator National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA), has been made new director general (DG) Intelligence Bureau (IB). The federal government has transferred and posted Dr Muhammad Suleman Khan as national coordinator NACTA with immediate effect. He was earlier serving as director general of Intelligence Bureau (IB).
Likewise, Sardar Ahmad Nawaz Sukhera, who was posted as secretary Federal Education and Professional Training Division, has been transferred and posted as secretary Information and Broadcasting Division. He will replace Arshad Mirza who has been appointed secretary Federal Education and Professional Training Division.
Similarly, Usman Akhtar Bajwa who was working as chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) has been asked to report to Establishment Division while Ishrat Ali has been posted as the CDA chairman.
