Shahbaz inaugurates 100-bed hospital in Kahna Nau

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, while inaugurating the 100-beds Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Kahna Nau, here on Friday said that same latest medical facilities are available in the hospital, which are extended in other best national and international hospitals.
"Neither there would be any strike nor would anyone mistreat the patients. The needy patients will enjoy the same facilities which are accessible to the affluent in expensive hospitals," he said.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Shahbaz hit hard to his political opponents saying they are unnerved because they have not done anything in their provinces. "PTI and People's Party are two sides of the same coin who are speaking lies day and night. Zardari and Niazi have join hands and Bilawal House and Bani Gala have become harmonized with each other," he said, adding" Both have ruined the country and it is the duty of the nation to take revenge from them through the power of their votes in 2018 elections."
Shahbaz maintained that U-turn, liar and Ilzam Khan Sahib claims that he has changed the KPK and he boasts of making a new Pakistan. He said there is only Lady Reading Hospital working in Peshawar for the last many decades and they have not developed any new hospital there till today. "People are well aware of the fact that claimants of change have not set up any new hospital during the last five years and only wasted the time of the people through old fables," he said.
On the other side, he said, Asif Zardari has devastated Karachi and heaps of garbage and filth are seen everywhere. During my recent visit to Karachi, the people complained to me that there is no water nor any proper public transport system and the people are forced to travel on rundown buses daily.
Shahbaz maintained that the NAB and other agencies are active in Punjab. "If corruption of even a single penny is proved against me, I would be answerable to you," he said, adding: "We have saved billions of rupees in development projects and I shall salute to anybody who has ever saved Rs. seven million with such efforts during the last 70 years."
He said, "I feel proud over myself and the team members for saving billions of rupees of the nation. Protecting the corruption is a national crime because resources are a sacred trust of the nation. Those who are involved in corruption must be punished."
Shahbaz said that Orange Line Metro Train, which is a public interest project, has been delayed for 22 months due to PTI's shenanigans because its office-bearers went to the courts. He further said the PTI caused damage to the country though it's agitation politics and sit-ins.
Earlier, talking to the patients, Shahbaz Sharif said that more than Rs 550 million have been spent on this hospital and round-the-clock best facilities have been ensured through a public-private partnership based system adding that people of the area will enjoy latest healthcare facilities.
He also congratulated Provincial Minister for Health Kh. Imran Nazir, Secretary Ali Jan Khan, ACS (C&W), Mian Ahsan and Dr Abdul Bari of Indus Trust for working day and night to help complete the hospital in time.
