Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the sad demise of former Air Marshal Asghar Khan. In his condolence message, Shahbaz paid rich tributes to the gallantry services of Air Marshal Asghar Khan (R) for Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and said that he was a great patriot and truthful Pakistani. He has extended sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.
Shahbaz Sharif has also expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of Zubaida Appa, sister of Fatima Suriya Bajya and famous writer Anwar Maqsood. The Chief Minister has expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of Allama Mufti Muhammad Amin, renowned religious scholar and writer of "Aab-e-Kausar" and "Al-Burhan."
