The preparations to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) reached its climax in provincial capital Peshawar, as bazaars and route of procession were decorated and illumined. Like every year, the government and religious organisations have planned a number of activities including seminars, conferences, Milad and other programmes to celebrate the Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW).
Different Naat competitions will be held to celebrate 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal. Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions will be taken out across the country. Meanwhile, district administration and local police have jointly chalked out comprehensive security plan, and taken stringent measures to ensure special security arrangements for processions of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH). KP government has also prepared special security plan with coordination of other law enforcement agencies to guard the processions across the province.
