Al-Thani, Gilani discuss bilateral relations, regional, international situation

DOHA: Amir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani and Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani in talks Tuesday at the Amiri palace here discussed steps to promote bilateral relations, regional and international situation.

Officials said they also discussed cooperation in energy sector and sending Pakistani manpower and professionals to work in Qatar.

Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar‚ Vocational Education Minister Riaz Hussain Pirzada and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Petroleum Dr. Asim Hussain also attended the meeting.
