The controller of examinations (annual), University of Sindh has notified for information of all concerned eligible candidates of second professional (3rd year), third professional (4th year) and final professional MBBS annual examinations 2016 that they may fill-in examination forms obtainable from the offices of their principal of their respected concerned colleges as per schedule given ahead: without late fees from January 2, 2017 to January 5, 2017, with late fee of Rs 5000 from January 6, 2017 to January 10, 2017.
It has also been informed that incomplete examination forms will not be accepted. The candidates are required to attach original Marks Certificate of last qualifying examination, computerise national identity card and three recent passport size photographs with their forms. The Principals of the relevant colleges have been requested to prepare a complete list of all the candidates providing the particulars of the candidates in alphabetical order (hard and soft copy) and send along with the examination forms according to given schedule to the office of the Controller of Examinations (A), University of Sindh.
