Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-FATA chapter has opposed anti-polio vaccine drive in tribal areas saying that children are being murdered through anti-polio drops. Ameer of JUI-FATA Mufti Abdu Shakoor told a private TV news channel that children in FATA are being murdered through anti-polio drops. Terrorism is also being fuelled through the anti-polio drive in FATA. JUI-FATA strongly condemns the drive in FATA, we would not allow anti-polio drive in FATA, he added.
Criticising the provincial government, he said that Chief Minister Khattak has bankrupted the province, that his government has gobbled four annual budgets and now also want to gobble up the three percent of the NFC Award, the PTI is demanding merging FATA into Khyber Pakhtwankhwa province to take over FATA's resources, he claimed.
