Karachi operation to be made result-oriented: DG Rangers

The Director General of Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, Major General Muhammad Saeed Wednesday issued instructions to make the ongoing Karachi operation more effective and result-oriented. According to a statement issued here, he issued these directives to the officers of the para-military force during his visit to various areas of the metropolis. During his visit to Lyari, Orangi, Landhi, Korangi, Liaquatabad, Azizabad and Gadap Town, he met Rangers officers and jawans.
On the occasion, Rangers' Sector Commanders briefed the Director General about the situation in the areas under their jurisdictions and the recent actions conducted under the ongoing operation.
