DSP suspended on charges of contacts with criminals

Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani has suspended DSP Saddar Bannu on charges of close contacts with organised criminal groups and anti-social elements with immediate effect and further ordered departmental inquiry against him. According to details significant public complaints had been received by IGP against DSP Saddar Bannu Falak Nawaz Bangash about having close contacts with anti-social elements and soft on criminals.
The IGP ordered proper inquiry against him through concerned senior police officers who reported the allegations against the DSP to be correct. Taking action on the report the IGP placed the DSP Falak Nawaz Bangash under suspension with immediate effect.
