Annual Day Function of Defence Authority High School Phase-IV was held at School's premises with great fanfare. Brigadier Shahid Hassan Ali, Administrator DHA was the chief guest of the function. The students on the occasion presented a fabulous variety programme displaying their talent, initiative and enthusiasm.
Classic English Tales were imaginatively enacted with a touch of class and elegance. Cultural Show from Kailash depicted the traditions, culture and immaculate beauty of the people of Kailash Valley. 'Mut Samjho Hum Ne Bhula Diya' was a heart rendering tribute to the martyrs of APS Peshawar. Stand up for the Champions was an inspirational musical presentation made by the students depicting their determination and will to excel in all walks of life and to achieve the highest standards of excellence second to none.
Administrator said that education is the essence of life and a great nation building activity which determines the strength and standing of the country in the comity of nations. He said that DHA educational institutions were providing best educational facilities to students and grooming them properly to make them successful and dynamic individuals who could excel in life.
Administrator commended the tremendous performance of students demonstrated by them in the talent show which was inspiring and wonderful. Administrator said that students constitute our hope for the future and asked them to continue working hard with zeal and commitment to achieve the cherished goals of excellence.
Earlier the Principal, Saulat Qasim in her welcome address said that the educational programmes and activities in the school focused on intellectual and emotional development of students to make them confident, dynamic and useful individuals of society. At the end the chief guest distributed shields and certificates among the students who excelled in various curricular and co-curricular activities. He also gave certificates to the teachers and staff members of the school who significantly contributed towards the progress and development of school.-PR
